*RAS EL HANOUT - is a spice blend originating from North Africa. Each spice merchant has their own special blend.
*ZHUG - is a hot sauce made from fresh green jalapenos. We season with parsley & coriander (fresh & dried), cumin, garlic, olive oil, cinnamon.
*BIBER SALCASI - is a thick, deep red paste made from red chilli peppers or sweet long peppers and salt.
*FATOUSH - is a Levantine salad made from toasted or fried pieces of pita or flat bread combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes and white cabbage.
