FROM THE FIRE - 13/9/20
This session is for all of the Dad's & other blokes out there who love a good backyard barbecue. Let Brenton take you under his wing and give you all of the tips and tricks needed to help even the most experienced of BBQ enthusiasts level up before summer.
In this session we explore one of the most honest relationships, that of food and fire. Brenton will start at the beginning teaching the processes and techniques that it takes to master this primitive style of cooking. Meat, seafood & vegetables will all be given coverage in this interactive demonstration centred around our wood fired oven and charcoal grill. The techniques learnt will be easily transferrable to cooking with fire at home.
