In this session we explore one of the most honest relationships, that of food and fire. Brenton will start at the beginning teaching the processes and techniques that it takes to master this primitive style of cooking. Meat, seafood & vegetables will all be given coverage in this interactive demonstration centred around our wood fired oven and charcoal grill. The techniques learnt will be easily transferable to cooking with fire at home.
