Here at Market our menu is seasonally reflective in that it changes daily to make the most of produce when it is at it's absolute best. This session will explore the true meaning of seasonality with a focus on on plant based dishes that show vegetables and fruit in their most nourishing and delicious form. This session will suit Vegetarians and Vegans but will also leave any carnivores that attend feeling satisfied and inspired.
All guests will receive a recipe book & other goodies to take home.
